Exterior shell dry-in barndominium pricing includes the materials and construction of the building’s exterior as well as the framing of interior walls per the blueprint by an independent contractor.

Pricing and installation availability for exterior shell dry-in barndominiums is limited to a 150-mile radius of our Summertown, TN location and a 100-mile radius of our Hayden, AL and Morristown, TN locations. Pricing excludes tax, shipping, and impact costs that may vary by location. Items such as preparation of land, utilities, etc. are not included.

At Summertown Metals, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. It does not include concrete, interior finishing materials, labor, or installation.

Material-only packages are available for delivery up to 300 miles from Summertown, TN . Beyond 300 miles, third-party shipping is available with arrangements being the responsibility of the buyer.
