No, due to liability and copyright reasons we do NOT provide the source files. When your blueprint is complete a 24in x 36in hard copy will be mailed to you and a digital PDF copy will be emailed to you.
Due to demand all blueprints are by appointment ONLY. Click here to book a time with our blueprint dept
We only place fixtures and kitchen cabinets if it is needed to ensure the spacing is correct for the interior walls
Each customer will receive two 24in x 36 in hard copy of their blueprints. Additional copies are available at $75/each.
The blueprint session will take anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours for the floor plan to be set. Once this is set the draftsmen will then create the elevations which can take several weeks to complete depending upon work load.
Any and all sketches, drawings or other examples you like will help us envision your dreams!
Yes, all quotes for Barndominiums or Homes must have a set of blueprints before seeing a salesmen.
No, these blueprints are not stamped. However, we do have a licensed engineer available for custom trusses and foundations, should it be required in your area.
